- Simon’s been in private practice since 1987, and became a shareholder and director of FordBaker Valuation Limited in 1995.
- Simon is experienced in valuation and consultancy of commercial, industrial and residential property.
- Specialist areas comprise acquisition valuations, Crown compensation assessments, rental valuations and dispute resolution and upper priced residential property.
- Simon is a Director of ValGroup Ltd.
- He has a keen interest in his children’s sports and activities and when not working, can be found plodding slowly around Hagley Park, at tennis or touch rugby.
